For an even thicker consistency, use frozen fruits and a splash of almond milk to blend!
1 ½ cup watermelon
½ cup raspberries
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tbsp. natural sweetener such as agave/maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender; make sure to thin it out with about ½ cup almond milk if the fruit is frozen. Decorate with a lemon slice and serve with a pretty straw J
