This chocolate peanut butter cup thickshake is a prime example of how healthy eating isn't all salad bowls and green tea (although those two things are excellent for your health!) - it may taste decadent and like a dessert in smoothie form but it's full of nourishing ingredients that will make you feel fabulous and ready to take on the world!
- 2 medium fresh or frozen bananas (frozen will yield a thicker shake)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (cocoa powder will work fine too!)
- 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
Method
Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth - transfer the shake into a glass or mason jar and enter chocolate heaven!
