Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


Ingredients (makes 1 small loaf):

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup mashed banana
¼ cup agave or maple syrup
¼ cup milk of choice
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp of cinnamon
¾ tsp pure vanilla extract
dash of salt
½ cup raw chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (340 °F). Combina all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together. Next, mix the wet ingredients into the dry. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or small silicone loaf pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Since the recipe is vegan, you could also eat it when it's still slightly gooey inside.
