Ingredients:
1/3 cup unpopped popcorn (or 4 cups popped)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 tbsp liquid sweetener (depending on how sweet your tooth is!)
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Pop the popcorn in a little coconut oil, then mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Squash down into a regular 1lb bread tin until compact and freeze for a couple of hours, ideally overnight.Then slice up into squares and serve! :)
