Acid Pops

How appropriate! A moving picture to prove my non-muggleness for my last entry into this week's Harry Potter theme.

Also, I HAD to do one last entry for the theme #bbharryp . So here are acid pops a'la bambinos style. I have made them popsicles instead of lollipops because ice cream > sweeties. Throw in some dragon fruit for a lil' extra heat (heehee) and lemon juice of some acid.
  And viola!

Acid Pops
Makes: 4 pops

4 bananas, frozen
2 pink dragonfruits, chopped and frozen
juice of 1/2 a lemon, or more if you can stand it :)

Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender. Try not to add any water if you want a very creamy popsicle. Adding water makes it icier and more like a sherbet.

Place the ice cream into popsicle moulds and freeze. If you do not have popsicle moulds, like me, then simply pour your ice cream into large muffin liners and stick an ice cream stick in the centre before freezing.

To remove them, soak the popsicle mould briefly in hot water and it should slide out. If you are using a muffin liner just peel the wrapper back as you would on a muffin!
